Receptionists plays a pivotal role in providing authentic service experiences that bonds the relationship between our client and their guests. As the first point of contact, the receptionist is responsible for welcoming guests and employees with genuine hospitality and thoughtful services. He/she will maintain smooth operations by providing administrative support and execution of duties to the highest standards.

- Work location: Raffles & Paya Lebar
- Work hours: Mon to Fri, 8.30am to 6.00pm
- 1 Year Contract role (Renewable)
Responsibilities:
- Create a comfortable, welcoming and hospitable experience for employees and their guest.
- Provide personable and efficient visitor registration services.
- Managing visitor access and movement through clients Visitor Management Systems
- Handle internal & external calls and correspondence
- Handle related inventory management
- Manage IFM Workplace mailbox
- Daily inspection of FOH area, FOH event space to ensure space is kept clean
- Manage transportations request from visitors and employees
- Plan experiences and community events within and beyond the office, that unite people and inject fun into the workplace
- Organise receipt and deliveries of mails and courier service
Experience:
- 2-years’ experience in Hospitality and/or Tourism sector or related professional area
- Prior experience to manage meeting room services is an advantage
- Diploma from an accredited institute
- Uniform mandated role – (black pants/skirt, with black or white blouse, black blazer)
Task Skills:
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Good command of verbal and written English

- Ability to meet tight schedules and deliver high quality of work
- High level of communication and interpersonal skills
