We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Product Marketing Executive to join our team and help drive our product strategy and inventory management.


Role Overview:

The Product Marketing Executive will play a critical role in our product management and marketing operations. This role is primarily focused on analyzing inventory, monitoring stock levels, identifying fast-selling items, introducing new products, and managing orders for specific sub-categories. This position is ideal for someone who thrives on data analysis, has a keen eye for market trends, and possesses strong organizational skills.


Key Responsibilities:


Inventory Analysis: Regularly analyze inventory data to identify fast-selling items and slow-moving stock.

Stock Monitoring: Continuously monitor stock levels to ensure optimal inventory is maintained and prevent stockouts or overstock situations.

New Product Introduction: Research and identify potential new products to introduce to our portfolio, aligning with market trends and customer demands.

Ordering Management: Handle the ordering process for specific sub-categories, ensuring timely replenishment of stock.

Market Trends Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to inform product strategy.

Collaboration: Work closely with the procurement, sales, and marketing teams to align product strategies and inventory management.

Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on inventory status, product performance, and market trends to senior management.


Qualifications:

Diploma in Supply Chain, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Proven experience in inventory management, product analysis, or a related role.

Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.

Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Proactive and self-motivated with a keen eye for detail.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).


Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in the safety/hardware industry is a plus.

Familiarity with inventory management software and tools.

Strong understanding of market trends and consumer behavior.
