Job description
- Able to keep full set of accounts
- Record AR and AP transactions into Xero Accounting System
- Process invoices and prepare payments
- Perform all accounting related functions and daily duties
- Prepare monthly financial reports
- Prepare quarterly GST Submission
- Handle Staff Payroll
- Other Ad-hoc duties when assigned
Requirements:
- Diploma in Accounting or equivalent
- Proficient in MS Excel
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience
- Meticulous, organized and attentive to detail
- Fluent in written and oral English
- Able to start work within short notice
