We’re looking to add an Alliance Manager in Singapore. The position is based in our Univac Site at Woodlands.
As an Alliance Manager, you will:
Responsible for developing and managing strategic partnerships with external organizations. This role will require collaboration with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, product development, and legal, to drive joint initiatives that result in revenue growth and expanded market reach.
The key roles and responsibilities are as below:
- Identify and evaluate potential alliance partners that align with the company's strategic goals and objectives.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders at partner organizations, including executive-level contacts, to drive successful collaborations.
- Negotiate partnership agreements and contracts that define the terms and scope of the alliance.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between internal teams and external partners to execute joint initiatives.
- Track and report on the progress and success of partnerships, including metrics such as revenue growth, market share, and customer acquisition.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to partnerships.
- Continuously assess and improve partnership programs and processes to drive better outcomes and greater efficiencies.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies that may impact the company's partnerships.
- Participate in customers request for information (RFI), request for quote (RFQ), and request for proposal (RFP) activities.
- Work with internal and external parties to gather necessary information required for RFQ process and analyse the data to ensure accurate quotes are provided meeting company targets.
What skills and experiences are we looking for?
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, and/or any equivalent faculty.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in alliance management and business development.
- Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain successful partnerships with external organizations.
- Good negotiation and contract management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence at all levels of an organization.
- Analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to identify and evaluate opportunities and make data-driven decisions.
- Knowledge of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with competing priorities and deadlines.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
