About the role
As a Corporate Finance Manager with around 10 years' experience, you will be in a crucial role in driving organizational success. This crucial role reports to the CFO.
Responsibilities
- Analyse financial data and prepare reports to assess the company's financial health and performance.
- Evaluating and executing M&A and other investment opportunities, conduct due diligence, financial modeling, and negotiating deals to ensure successful transactions
- Managing the company's capital structure, involves optimizing the mix of equity and debt financing to maintain a healthy balance between risk and return.
- Maintaining abreast of the changing business landscape in order to identify opportunities to drive both organic and inorganic growth.
- Manage relationships with investors and financial institutions, providing them with accurate and timely financial information.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
- Proven experience in corporate finance or a related role.
- Strong financial modelling skills with expertise in Excel or other financial analysis tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of financial markets and investment strategies.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a results-oriented mindset.
