RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities
- Work closely with product team to confirm project scope and objectives
- Assess efforts with the technical and QA teams, and provide a detailed project schedule and plan
- Manage internal and external development teams to execute projects based on the plan
- Facilitate meetings, track project status, and provide timely updates to various stakeholders
- Analyze, evaluate and resolve project risks and issues
- Provide end-to-end project management throughout the entire project life cycle
- Track BAU tasks to optimize platform/system performance
- Review progress from daily stand-up sessions and drive high-quality output from the development team
- Produce management and stakeholder report updates for all on-going projects
- Support RFQ/RFP/tender processes and evaluate vendor proposals
- Apply industry best practices as part of project management; work with other project managers to identify areas for improvement
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of 5 years' experiences in managing digital and mobile app development projects
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in the fields of computer science, information systems, or engineering
- Experience in Agile (Scrum) and waterfall project management methodologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong working knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Office & Google Apps
- Experience in OTT platform projects and a good technical background with an understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
- PMP or Scrum Master certification
