- To perform professional HR tasks associated with recruitment, compensation & benefits, employee relations, performance management.
- Apply & Cancel of WP, SP, EP, LOC
- Government claim (eg. Childcare Leave, Levy Wavier)
- IRAS Clearance for resign staff
- To create and maintain employee records.
- Prepare new staff company property
- Exit interview
- Prepare letter for staff (eg. Letter of appointment, Warning Letter etc)
- Disseminate new hire/termination information/forms to appropriate staff.
- To maintain employee data in the HR system.
- P-File.
- Monthly HR Report
- Administration of all staff attendance, leave administration.
Administrative
- Responsible for providing daily operational and administrative support as and when needed.
- Perform additional duties as requested.
Requirement
- Able to start immediately
- At least 1 year of experience in the related field
- Prefer Diploma in Human Resource Management or Diploma in Business Studies
- Independent
