Interior Designer
- Working Days: 5 days (Mon- Fri)
- Working Hours: 9am to 6pm
- Salary Range: Junior: $2600 to $3900 basic + performance bonus; Senior $4000 to $6000 + performance bonus
- Working Location: Lavender Street
Requirements
- Required skill(s): AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, Sketch Up, Microsoft Office is a must
- Junior: At least 3 year(s) of working experience in Corporate Office Interior Design
- Senior: At least 8 year(s) of working experience in Corporate Office Interior Design
Responsibilities
- Responsible for design and creativity on projects from concept design and space planning through to development and presentation, ensuring high quality outputs and creativity.
- Actively seek and share inspiration and reference from sources outside of the business to support creative design solutions.
- Produce concept work using hand sketches and a variety of digital and traditional media to a high standard whilst directing the work of other junior team members on the project.
- Produce and check drawing packages for schematic and detail design stages
- Assemble presentations using a variety of digital and traditional media, particularly power point.
- Attend client meetings alone or with the support of the project leader leading or contributing to client presentations.
- Competently source reference material and carry out research to ensure that materials and products are fit for purpose.
- A comprehensive knowledge of markets, our clients and their competitors.
- Establish and develop a strong working relationship with clients on allocated projects and identify project opportunities independently
- Contribute proactively to business development, pitches, proposal writing and presentations.
- Attend site visits independently and respond to any issues.
- Involve in site measurement, layout plan & selection of material used
- Leading project communication, including liaising with the design, clients, construction, supplier and
- contractors’ team and ensuring meetings are properly recorded.
- Prepare accurate and timely fee proposals for projects.
- Ensure successful delivery and completion of a project within agreed timelines and budgets.
- Proven knowledge of materials and their application.
