Job Outline:

1. Responsible for driving sales growth and achieving the targets of the assigned territory.

3. Responsible to build effective business relationship with internal & external customers.


Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Service existing accounts and expand the product portfolio penetration in each account.

2. Develop plans to expand customer base in retail pharmacies and general/lower trade, including but not limited to medical halls, super/hypermarts, convenient stores, etc. Drive healthy sell in & increases off take of Xepa Souls’ products portfolio in the designated territories.

3. Propose, develop and execute sales expansion strategy, new accounts and product penetration strategy and trade terms, in consultation with Key Account Manager. Monitor results and adjust strategy when necessary.

4. Ensure adherence to customer coverage and frequency of the assigned territory, defined by the organisation.

5. Ensure excellent customer service quality.

6. Keep up-to-date with new product knowledge and market intelligence.

7. Reports submission – frequency to be defined by BU as deem fit:

  • Field activities reports
  • Sales Forecasts and Reports
  • Customer analysis
  • Monitor and report activities of competition. Competitive information that is expected to be reported includes price, product launches/refresh, delivery schedule, merchandising and promotion programs, etc.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Diploma/Degree in any relevant field. A background in a scientific discipline or a combination of scientific knowledge and sales experience would be advantageous.

2. Minimum 3 years of sales experience in key accounts management with focus in retail pharmacy industry & lower trade /wholesalers.

3. Possess a good attitude and interpersonal skills.

4. Strong business acumen, negotiation and analytical skills.

5. Ability to work independently and uphold private and confidential information.

6. Ability to identify challenges and present solutions to Key Account Manager.

7. Competent in English, Mandarin & dialects and good communication skills.

8. Proficient in MS Office: Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point.
