- Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Business, Graphic Design, Marketing, e-Commerce
- Min 3 years of experience in e-Commerce, digital marketing agencies.
- Ability to translate business strategy into high performing campaigns
- Strong visual design skills, Adobe Creative Suites – Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma
- Ability to guide other e-merchandisers in the regional markets
- Design-Centric and attention to details
Job Description
- Designers create layouts for various materials, spanning print and online realms, including logos, packaging, and advertisements.
- Responsibilities entail artwork selection, color choices, and concept development, with a prerequisite for up-to-date software knowledge.
- Effective communication is vital for collaboration with fellow creatives, such as writers and art directors.
- Additionally, they possess intermediate UI design skills, ensuring quality and consistency in deliverables like prototypes and design systems.
- They interpret brand guidelines for digital UI and engage in UI research, collaborating closely with UX partners and software engineers.
