Customer Service Executive

The Hr Ecology Pte. Ltd.

Working Hours: 8:30am-5:30pm (Monday to Friday)

Location: North-East Region

Job Scope:

  • Assist in handling of general customers’ enquiries and feedback as well as to support Facebook enquiries.
  • Monthly submission and presentation of Monthly Customer Service / Loss Prevention Report.
  • Assist in running of Customer Service Committee.
  • Support company events, closed door events or Warehouse Sales.

Requirements:

  • Minimum GCE 'O' Levels or ITE
  • Preferably with 2 to 3 years of customer service experience
  • Possess strong customer service mindset and communications skills
  • Good in written communications.
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.
  • Knowledge of SAP and Case Trust is an advantage.
