In this function, you will play a crucial role in enabling the transformation and performance improvement of businesses by identifying their needs and recommending intelligent, digital solutions. With a focus on structured analysis and visualization of an enterprise’s current and future state, you will ensure the delivery of quality, accurate, and valuable solutions to clients.
What you’ll do:
- Support process redesign workshops to identify business process pain points, root causes and robust, scalable solutions to drive process efficiency and customer experience improvements that align vendor solutions to client requirements.
- Perform process and data analysis to understand current process performance, identify improvement opportunities and challenge current-state processes.
- Document business processes using industry standard business process modelling notations BPMN 2.0, and promote standardization and consistency.
- Develop KPIs and performance metrics to monitor the effectiveness of business processes. Continuously track performance, analyze data, and identify opportunities for further optimization.

What you´ll bring:
- Passionate for internet and technology industries (Tech-savvy).
- More than 2 years of experience with leading consulting organizations working on transformation projects.
- Experience with Return-to-Supplier (RTS)/ customer service processes (warranty, spare parts, repair processes etc) in conjunction with the upgrade to SAP S4 Hana following a global template model is a plus.
- Proficient in process improvement analysis and business process re-engineering.
- Experience in the delivery and implementation of large change initiatives.
- Capable of working autonomously and managing tasks efficiently with tight timelines.
- A team player with excellent work ethic and communication skills.
- Commitment to professional excellence, as well as personal and professional growth.

- Good knowledge / appetite for some of the following themes:
- IT strategy & organization: Transformation Program and Change Management, IT Operating Model improvement, Process Optimization, Post Merger Integration / Sourcing, Shared Service Center and Cost Reduction Programs,
- Industrialization of IT operations: Globalization and Off shoring Strategies, Leverage of Cloud Computing, Improvement of Operational Excellence through Lean IT,
- Digital transformation: Digital architecture, Agile & DevOps methodology, Innovative Technology Capabilities such as Data Analytics, Internet of things, Blockchain.
