Lead, E-Commerce Marketing (Amazon)

Mission of the role: Oversee and lead the growth of our Amazon online sales. This pertains to the three to four supplement and beauty brands that Truegenics owns.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate the end-to-end process of bringing products and brands onto the Amazon Marketplace (USA)
  • Lead the overall Amazon account creation, growth, and execution of initiatives and strategies to promote revenue growth for the Amazon channel.
  • Oversee and manage our daily Amazon sales operations including inventory management, product rankings, Amazon PPC marketing, and optimizing product listings
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive e-commerce strategy in alignment with department objectives.
  • Develop and manage product copy creation, enhancement, and promotions with the support of our internal team to accelerate sales.
  • Resolve all product and marketplace issues and disputes within the Amazon platform.
  • Produce weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly reporting on key KPIs including forecasting, profit/loss, and useful market insights to the leadership team.
  • Collaborate with Supply Chain and Finance teams to ensure healthy inventory levels and that our inventory buys and storage are well-optimized for the Fulfilment by Amazon (FBA) operation.


Key Skills / Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher, with 3 to 4 years of relevant experience in digital marketing and/or seller/marketplace-related roles
  • 2 years of experience setting up and managing Amazon and/or Amazon Vendor/Seller Central. This role needs to understand the pros of bringing products or brands onto the Amazon platform.
  • Proven track record of success with expert knowledge of Amazon’s marketplace best practices and marketing strategies
  • Experience with Amazon International Marketplace for the USA is a plus
  • Basic/Intermediate Excel knowledge (Prior knowledge of pivot table and vlookup is a plus)
  • High degree of business acumen with experience analyzing data and doing sales forecasting
  • Self-starter and able to work effectively independently.
  • Ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
