Job Description
1. Process monthly payroll and statutory submission (e.g., CPF, Levy, Income Tax)
2. Government Survey, support in MOM Labor Market survey and other surveys
3. Handle all recruitment, onboarding and offboarding activities including employment passes, renewal/ cancellation related matters.
4. Prepare annual appraisal review documents for Senior Managers
5. Maintain and update employees’ personal files and leave in HR system, ensure confidentiality of all HR documents
6. Submission of government paid leave and MUP claims
7. Periodic plan and arrange company’s events and teambuilding activities
8. Ensure all standard operating procedures for the HR are up to date
9. Liaise with insurance brokers on policy renewal, medical and hospitalization claims
11. Monitor Global HR metrics
12. Any ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management
13. Able to start work immediately
