Preferred Experience
Education and Key certifications necessary:
· Min 5-8 years working experience of handling Full Set of Accounts
· Strong knowledge of IFRS and Singapore GAAP and tax regulations
· SAP experience preferred
· Diploma/Degree in Accounts or related professional qualifications (LCCI, ACCA)

Position summary
This position will be responsible for handling the day-to-day Full Set of Accounts, maintaining and updating of the company’s financial and management accounts, annual tax filing and compliance, general human resources and administrative work.
Tasks and Responsibilities
· To handle day to day Full Set of Accounts function
· Prepare & submission of quarterly GST filing
· Prepare annual Corporate Tax ECI and Form C filing
· Prepare annual Unaudited Financial Statement
· Cashflow & Budget control
· Handle Petty Cash and claims
· Perform monthly reconciliation and management reports
· Monitor and process payments to suppliers/vendors
· Full spectrum of HR duties including but not limited to – Monthly payroll preparation, CPF Submission, Annual IR8A submission, leave management
· Maintenance of SAP data
· Oversee daily operations
· Review and approve of purchase request
· Manage inventory control
· Keep track of quotations, invoices, delivery orders, purchase orders, receipts and payments.
· Perform administrative activities such as document filing and the preparation of documents to support sales and purchase activities, e.g. delivery order and service order forms.
· Maintain office facilities to support the company’s operation.
· Liaise with the external auditor for the annual auditing exercise.
· Any other duties as may be assigned by the Director.
