OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Handle and monitor warehouse activities (e.g. pest control, cleaning services, inventory management) according to the Company's Quality Management system
2. Co-ordinate with logistics services for the delivery of goods
3. Processing of sales order to fulfil customer purchases
4. Ensure all required laboratory and events equipment calibration and maintenance status are kept up to date
5. Maintain proper documentation and filing of all records

Qualifications

1. At least a Diploma or equivalent professional qualifications
2. Knowledgeable with use of SAP Business One

Working Experience

1. 1 to 3 years of working experience related to operations
2. Prior work experience in an ISO13485 environment will be an advantage.
