This is a global financial institution based in Singapore looking for a Legal Counsel to support their technology and operations team.
Responsibilities:
- Drafting and negotiating a wide range of contracts with various external service providers and consultants, including technology agreements such as SaaS, software, data and content licensing
- Review and advise on data privacy and intellectual property matters
Requirements:
- Possess at least 5 PQE having worked in a top tier law firm plus in-house experience within the financial services sector
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, working closely with internal stakeholders across all levels
- Proficient in both English and Mandarin as the role will involve interactions with English and Chinese speaking clients
