ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITY:
Area of Responsibility:
- Supervise and lead daily operations
- Ensure all activities are in accordance to SOPs
- Manpower planning/ deployment for daily operations
- Manage and grooming of employees
- Liaising with vendor for contractor support for picking activities
- Ensure all orders are picked and completed on same day without any spillover/ backlog
- Updating of Daily/ Weekly/ Monthly Reports
- Ensure daily operations are planned to maximize operational and cost efficiency
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Education and Experience:
- Minimum diploma in supply chain management/ warehousing
- Minimum 5 years of warehouse experience with at least 3 years in a supervisory position
Professional Qualifications:
- Well versed with Microsoft Office

- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
