Client Operations
Responsibilities:
- Drive a robust risk and compliance culture within the division.
- Ensure awareness and adherence to regulatory requirements and internal risk frameworks.
- Oversee risk, compliance, and audit activities within the division.
- Act as a subject matter expert for risk and compliance in operations.
- Independently review operational processes for risks and regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with departments on risk and compliance activities such as RCSA and KRI reviews.
- Lead preparation for internal and external audits and inspections.
- Provide training and support to teams on risk and compliance.
- Engage with stakeholders including Business, R&C, and Internal Audit.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent.
- Professional qualification in risk and controls preferred.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in audit, assurance, or operational risk roles; financial institution experience advantageous.
- Strong knowledge of risk management and control frameworks.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Compensation
- Base salary $9,000-$10,500pm (max)
