Position Summary: Our EduTech startup is looking for a dynamic individual to take on a role as a Sales Executive to help grow our user base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Sourcing: Proactively source leads by exploring various channels such as social media, competitor platforms, professional networks, and more.
- Lead Engagement: Engage potential users by initiating contact, discussing the benefits of our platform, and facilitating the registration process.
- Lead Follow-Up: Maintain consistent follow-up with new leads to ensure their active participation and satisfaction with the platform.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively engaging with a diverse range of clients and team members.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and maintain a positive, proactive attitude in a dynamic environment.
- Knowledge of the latest market trends and customer behavior in the education sector is preferred.
