Your Role
We are looking for an experienced Accounts Assistant to manage the full set (AP, AR, GL) daily accounting activities.
What Will You Do
- Assist in full set account activities.
- Assist in data entry of receipts and customer invoices in accounting system
- Handle Bank reconciliation
- Manage and guide the accounting team
- Preparation of AR/AP supporting schedules
- To prepare suppliers payment.
- To investigate and solve invoices dispute.
- To handle petty cash claims.
- Any other ad-hoc responsibilities assigned by the management
Requirement
- At least LCCI Higher Accounting or Diploma in Accounting or similar
- Must have at least 4-5 years experience
- Good knowledge of Microsoft application especially in Excel
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Independent with excellent leadership skill neat, organized and meticulous
