HIRING FOR: OUTLET MANAGER

As the Outlet Manager of the Gusto X PTE LTD(Market Blue), you shall willingly and diligently carry out the duties assigned to you from time to time, including but not limited to the following:
- Oversee all the operations of the Outlet assigned to you
- Constantly work on achieving set budget of expenses by the Company
- Continuous checking on hygiene and safety measure for the kitchens and the site overall
- To constantly achieve sales target by upselling of beverages/food items and maintaining customer satisfaction
- Deep knowledge of company policies and standard operating procedures
- Train all other outlet staff to ensure that Food Safety and Hygiene standards are met at all times.
- Ensure that all food is prepared according to quality, taste and hygiene guidelines established by the Company
- Train and develop the team to deliver the food to a high standard
- Ensure readiness for service and that the pace is set for peak times
- Ensure that all food is presented for service in a timely manner and in correct sequence
- Deal with all customer complaints and feedback with professionalism and through proper service recovery
- Check and sign for all deliveries or assign a deputy to do so when unable to carry out the duty
- Ensure that outlet is stocked with adequate levels of inventory
- Monthly physical stock take of the Outlet should be done in a timely and accurate manner
- Wastages, Staff meal food consumption should be managed properly
- Assist Headquarters in analysis of sales, reports, and labour
- Handle emergency and difficult situations
- Ensure good proficiency of POS front and backend
- Ensure that the Assistant Managers, Kitchen Crew, Service Crew are able to handle their duties properly and are well groomed, properly attired and efficient.
- Ensure that the highest standard of cleanliness is maintained including the maintenance of furnishings and equipment and the proper setup of the Outlet and connected areas.
- Assist Headquarters in implementing and developing new campaigns or training programs.
- Perform additional responsibilities, although not detailed, as requested by HeadquarterS
- Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
Requirement:
- Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in F&B or Hospitality industry
