MAIN DUTIES
- Establish and facilitate/manage a working group (WG) of cross-functional members to agree and align on the direction of the capability in the Bank’s operational and strategic context.
- Organize and plan the work components necessary to deliver key aspects of the capability.
- Lead the WG to develop the capability roadmap in the medium term and define business requirements in the immediate term
- Establish the artifacts of the CLM Prospecting capability.
- Support the BM Organisation on engaging effectively on the CLM TOM Programme
REQUIREMENTS
- Experienced in the Private Banking front office context and business integration needs for successful implementation.
- Experienced/super user of PowerPoint, Excel/Power BI and Word applications
- Gathering, validating and documenting business requirements.
- Keen grasp of project management tools and concepts and practitioner of organized change / principle-based design and issue-based problem-solving
- Meticulous, and conscientious with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines/targets.
