Job scope:
- Ensure end to end procurement processes are in compliance with Purchasing Policies
- Partner internal customers to procure goods and services in a timely, effective and compliant manner
- Manage vendors to ensure quality, pricing and delivery objectives are met
- Liaison with logistic team to maintain stock list and minimal stock out
- Monitors and perform reports (i.e trend analysis, spend analysis, vendor performance).
- Add value through proper negotiation, product standardization or innovative ways of sourcing
- Monitor and establish contracts on time to ensure continuous supply or product and services
- Form committee to evaluate goods and services after tender
- Actively solicit customer's feedback, address issues and seek continuous improvement
- Assists in projects and any other duties as assigned by the Manager
Other job details:
- 4 to 6 months contract
- Location: IMH @ Buangkok
- Working hours: Mon-Fri 8.30pm - 6pm
- Benefits: 1 day earned Annual leave per month
Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree in any discipline
- Intern / Temp / 1-3 years of experience in purchasing
- SAP knowledge is a plus
- Self started, fast & earnest learner
