- Implement performance management practices, including conducting appraisals and administering 360-degree surveys.
- Handle HR reporting responsibilities, including government surveys, turnover rates, headcounts, and staff movement statistics. Utilize HR analytics to inform business decisions. Foster employee engagement and oversee employee relations.
Requirements:
- Diploma and above
- At least 3 years of experience in HR
