Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the company's finance and HR functions.
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and analysis.
- Develop and implement financial controls and procedures to safeguard company assets.
- Coordinate the budgeting and forecasting process.
- Manage cash flow and working capital.
- Oversee the payroll process and ensure compliance with payroll regulations.
- Lead the recruitment and onboarding process, including sourcing and selecting candidates.
- Implement and manage performance management systems.
- Handle employee relations matters and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with financial and HR laws and regulations.
- Manage and develop a team of finance and HR professionals.
Requirements:
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in finance and HR roles.
- Strong knowledge of financial principles and MOM regulations.
- Prior experience in ERP INFOR is preferred.
- A Chartered Accountant is an added advantage.
