- Actively prospect new intermediaries through visitations and marketing presentations. Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to increase sales in areas such as bonds, motor insurance, and more.
- Create action plans and strategies to achieve targeted results for the allocated portfolio.
- Manage intermediary quotation and inquiries, ensuring completeness of documents from clients/intermediaries before forwarding to the Processing Department for document processing. Build long-term external relationships with intermediaries and clients, while coordinating internally with Operations, Claims, Underwriting, and Finance stakeholders to foster profitable business development and maintain high service standards.
Requirements:
- BCP,PCI, ComGI and HI certification
- Diploma and above
