Sales Lead (FailSafe)
FailSafe is an enterprise-grade security SaaS product built to prevent malicious attacks on blockchain assets in wallets and smart contracts. We are focused on protecting the end-to-end blockchain transaction cycle against existing and emerging threats. Built on the defence-in-depth principle, FailSafe offers a multilayered set of security mechanisms, with built-in safety systems designed to minimise loss of user assets even under the worst-case circumstances (disclosure of the user’s private key, or a compromised insider within a trusted system).
As a Sales Lead, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by leveraging your technical expertise to support the sales process. This role requires a deep understanding of blockchain technology, cybersecurity principles, and the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
What you’ll be working on:
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and propose tailored solutions that address their unique security needs.
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact during the sales cycle, conducting product demonstrations, technical presentations, and workshops to showcase FailSafe's capabilities.
- Conduct in-depth technical discussions with customers to uncover pain points and articulate the value proposition of FailSafe's security solutions.
- Develop and deliver compelling technical proposals, including detailed product specifications, architecture diagrams, and implementation plans.
- Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to provide feedback on product features, enhancements, and roadmap priorities based on customer feedback and market trends.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to position FailSafe as a market leader in blockchain security solutions.
- Provide post-sales support, including technical training, troubleshooting, and ongoing customer engagement to ensure customer success and satisfaction.
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a technical pre-sales or sales engineering role, preferably within the cybersecurity or blockchain industry.
- Deep understanding of blockchain technology, cryptography, smart contracts, and decentralized applications (dApps).
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity principles, including encryption, authentication, access control, and threat detection.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment, balancing multiple priorities and stakeholders.
- Experience with enterprise sales processes, including solution selling, account planning, and pipeline management.
