About The Role
- Support casework and counselling interventions under guidance of professional staff in the company.
- Support administrative functions of group work processes in the company.
- Assist professional staff in the running of group work/community development/ programme initiatives.
- To assist with enquiries and intakes.
- Carry out any other duties as assigned by HOD and supervisor.
Profile:
- Poly Diploma in any discipline or WSQ Diploma in Social Service.
- Good coordination and collaborative skills in supporting social work interventions.
- Proficient in oral and written communication, especially English
- Resourceful and able to work with various government agencies to get solutions for the community.
- Knowledge and ability to interpret relevant policies or schemes that impact on clients.
- Mature, independent with good working attitude and a team player.
- Good interpersonal skill.
