As an HR Executive, you will play a crucial role in managing recruitment processes, maintaining employee records, and contributing to company events and projects.
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Administer end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, scheduling, and handling employment contracts.
• Set up personnel files and update records in the system.
• Manage cessation processes, such as preparing acceptance of resignation letters and conducting exit interviews.
• Participate in company events and assigned projects.
Requirements:
• Diploma/ Degree holder, preferably in HR discipline.
• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant working experience.
• Knowledge of SAP and SuccessFactors will be advantageous.
