Responsibilities
- Manage day to day operations of the store according to company's guideline
- Lead the team towards achieving monthly store target
- Equipped staff with company's SOP, product knowledge and selling skills
- Responsible for the development of all channels and sales. Implement and complete the sales targets, distribution standards set by the company
- Formulate effective and feasible incentive policies. Communicate with customers, follow up and implementation. Grasps sales trend and regularly update to superior
