Job Description
- Research & Development for new products.
- In charge of preparing baked goods for sale to customers which include creating recipes, ordering ingredients, and coordinating baking schedules to produce breads, cakes, pastries, pies, cookies and other goods.
- Designing and improving recipes. Measuring and combining ingredients and using mixers, blenders, heat sources, and other equipment to make baked goods.
- Testing ingredients and finished goods to ensure that each item meets food safety and quality controls.
- Cleaning and restocking workstations and ensuring that all equipment is sanitized and prepared for the next shift.
- Improve the service quality.
- Welcoming customers, informing them about specials or new items, answering questions, and accepting orders and payments. Preparing and serving beverages and desserts to customers.
- Packaging food and beverages for sale.
- Constantly learn about teas and desserts and presentation techniques to improve beverage and desserts quality.
- Monitoring inventory and replenishing items in display cases or behind the counter.
- Adhering to all food safety regulations and quality controls. Ensure and maintain store and personal hygiene. Product Quality Control for the store.

- Other ad-hoc duties are required.
Job Requirement
- 2 - 3yrs experience in baking
- Cafe crew experience will be an advantage
- Responsible team player
- Willing to learn new skills
