Job Description
• Handling of general correspondence and calls.
• Administrative support to the Sales and Marketing Team
• Document management in terms of collation and filing of documents, claims and collaterals.
• General Accounting, processing of purchase orders, payments and HR support including payroll.
• Liaising with non-trade suppliers and administrative office operations.
• Manage corporate calendar and meeting schedules.
Liase with:
• Report to VP, and CEO
• Support the team administratively (about 15 pax)
Requirements:
- Min Diploma in any related field
- 2-5 years of admin experience
