Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of Field Application Engineers.
- Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and provide technical solutions.
- Provide technical guidance and support to Field Application Engineers in customer engagements.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and partners.
- Manage and prioritize multiple projects and resources.
- Ensure timely and successful completion of customer projects.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching and mentorship to team members.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
Requirements:
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation or equivalent.
- Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably in Field Application Engineering.
- Knowledge in IT networking, data communication, automation systems and server setups are preferred.
- Prior experience in Power System Control or Environmental Control Systems is advantageous.
