As Solutions Sales Consultant, you provide excellence service to customers by identifying their needs and engineering adaptations of products and services related to Robotics Solutions.
What will you deliver?
- Identifies current and future customer service requirements by establishing personal rapport with potential and actual customers and other persons in a position to understand service requirements.
- Provides product, service, technical and engineering information by answering questions and requests.
- Establishes new accounts and services accounts by identifying potential customers; planning and organizing sales schedule.
- Prepares costing plans and related customer documents by consulting with engineers, architects, and other professional and technical personnel.
- Gain customer acceptance by explaining or demonstrating cost reductions and operations improvements.
- Develop customer's employees by providing technical information and training.
- Prepares sales engineering reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales information and engineering and application trends.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
- Contributes to sales engineering effectiveness by identifying short-term and long-range issues that must be addressed; providing information and commentary pertinent to deliberations; recommending options and courses of action; implementing directives.
- Managing and working together with vendors and system integrators to provide full solution.
- Contributes to marketing efforts together with the marketing team to strategize and promote our products and services.
- Able to manage multiple vendors and business planning.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Key Qualifications
· Degree/ Diploma in Electrical Engineering or IT experience in related fields
· Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to provide solution demonstration and presentation to customer.
· Proven track record to build relationships, influence customers at all levels
· Good team player with ability to work independently and under pressure
· Knowledge on Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMR), Collaborative Robots (Cobots) and Industrial Robots will be an advantage.
