Project coordinator

Sheng Jie Construction Pte. Ltd.

• Assists project lead, to ensure that client objectives are met through the delivery of an effective Project Management service


• Assists project lead to ensure commissions are managed to the right quality standards and are completed efficiently and on time


• Assists project lead to ensure service delivery on commissions is in line with the conditions of appointment


• Develop strong relationships with clients and cross-functional team members


• Monitors and documents project progress and other performance indicators


• Provides document control assurance and leads management of project information flow


• Provides a key interface across all stakeholders, liaising with the client, other consultants, end users, and authorities, at all project stages


• Supports project planning, including the production of the detailed project delivery charter


• Supports the establishment of effective project governance, processes, and systems to be utilized throughout the project


Qualifications


• Bachelor or above degree in engineering, design, construction, project management, or related field.


• At least 2 years of work experience preferred in commercial project management.


• Knowledge of MS Project software, and capable of handling design & construction permitting applications.


• Team player and detail-oriented.


• Must be a good user of MS Word, Excel, and PPT.


• English and Chinese can be the working language.
