Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the legal team.
- Assist in drafting and reviewing legal documents, such as contracts, agreements, and correspondence.
- Summarize and analyze legal documents and research for the legal team.
- Organize and maintain legal files, records, and documents along with electronic documents.
- Assist in coordinating and scheduling meetings and appointments for the legal team.
- Manage and maintain legal databases and tracking systems.
- Assist in the preparation of legal reports and presentations.
- Handle and respond to general inquiries from internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide administrative support in legal projects and initiatives.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Law, Legal Studies, or equivalent.
- At least 1 – 2 years of legal administrative experience.
- Prior experience and knowledge in personal injury and property damage claims will be an added advantage.
