Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management:Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring timely and effective communication.
Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to understand their HR needs and project requirements.
Address and resolve client inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
- Project Coordination and Management:Assist in planning, organizing, and managing HR projects from inception to completion.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project deliverables are met within agreed timelines and budgets.
Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Service Delivery:Ensure the delivery of high-quality HR services tailored to client specifications.
Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
Provide clients with regular project updates and reports.
- Process Improvement:Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve service delivery.
Participate in the development and implementation of best practices for client servicing and project management.
- Team Collaboration:Work closely with the Manager, Client Servicing, and other team members to achieve departmental goals.
Mentor and support junior team members as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in client servicing, project management, or a related role, preferably within the HR industry.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
