1. Prepare construction method statement, manpower plan, construction equipment plan, and schedule during the project bidding stage.
2. Supervise contractors on the job site for quality, safety, and schedule.
3. Quantity verification of progress.
4. Provide guidance and technical support to resolve construction problems.
5. Coordinate with related departments and public authorities to solve the project issues.
6. Implementation of various operations through proper coordination and control of planning, design, estimating, contracting, and construction in the entire process.
7. To ensure the communication with, and involvement of, all interested disciplines in each project.
8. Perform leadership and direction within the project execution team;
Key qualification:
1. Bachelor's Degree or above in Mechanical, Electrical, or CSA background.
2. Minimum 8 years of construction experience, at least 1 five-star hotel project CM experience.
3. Verbal and written communication skills with a good command of English.
4. Strong capabilities in scheduling, budgeting, safety management, quality control, and cost control.
5. Knowledge of Microsoft project planner.
