Admin Assistant (Finance) & Admin Assistant (HR) - (Temp / Part Time)
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Assist with day-to-day HR Recruitment and selection
- Assist with collections including liasing with vendors.
- Assist with day-to-day finance transactions and data entry into system
- Attend and provide support in administrative duties for the Finance & HR Team
- Any ad-hoc duties as assigned
REQUIREMENT
- Entry level position. Full-time and part-time positions available.
- Undergraduates and Fresh Graduates are welcome.
- No background or experience in Finance or HR required.
- No experience required for this role
- Basic Skills required: Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and multilingual skills (English & Mandarin)
- Able to start immediately or at short notice is a plus.
