We are seeking a skilled Design, Verification, and Test Senior/Engineer to join our team focused on testing and validating the performance and functionality of our products, which integrates mechanical, electrical controls, and software components. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability and quality of our product through comprehensive testing and verification processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaboration with product development teams to understand design requirements and
specifications for the product.
• Design and implement test strategies and plans to validate the performance, functionality, and safety of the integrated hardware (mechanical and electrical controls) and software components.
• Develop and execute test protocols and procedures for functional, regression, and system- level testing.
• Conduct hands-on testing of the machine in both controlled laboratory settings and real-world operational environments.
• Utilize a combination of manual testing and test automation tools to streamline testing processes and improve efficiency.
• Identify and troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and work closely with design engineers to resolve them.
• Analyses test results and generate comprehensive reports documenting findings, issues, and recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (including design, manufacturing, and quality assurance) to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Job Requirement:
• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience in testing and verification of complex systems, ideally involving integrated hardware (mechanical and electrical) and software.
• Strong understanding of mechatronics, electronics, sensors, actuators, and control systems.
• Experience with hardware testing tools and equipment (oscilloscopes, multimeters, data loggers, etc.)
• Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, MATLAB, etc.) for test automation.
• Familiarity with software testing methodologies and tools (e.g., test management software, version control systems).
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, schematics, and specifications.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
• Knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to machine safety and performance (e.g., ISO, IEC standards).
• Familiarity with reliability engineering principles and techniques.
