RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conducting outbound calls to potential customers to invite to end-user events (either joint / M.Tech own events)
- Collaborating with sales & marketing teams to schedule appointments, demos or consultations for qualified leads (vendor campaign)
- Engage with potential customers professionally and persuasively, clearly articulating the features, advantages and benefits of our vendor products / end-user events
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, ensuring proper documentation and follow-up actions.
- Identify and qualify sales leads, capture essential customer information, and assess their needs to tailor appropriate vendor solutions
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM systems (Netsuite)
- Assist the Marketing Manager in managing some vendor products (smaller tier)
REQUIREMENTS
- Demonstrable knowledge of sales techniques and customer relationship management principles.
- Resilience and perseverance to handle rejection and maintain motivation in a sales/marketing-driven role
