Job Descriptions:
- To source and evaluate suppliers based on price, quality, reliability, and delivery speed.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with suppliers to achieve cost savings and favourable terms.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, supplier offerings, and pricing fluctuations.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to understand procurement needs and requirements.
- Process purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of goods to meet operational demands.
- Monitor inventory levels and manage inventory control to optimize stock levels and minimize wastage.
- Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, contracts, and supplier information.
- Resolve any issues or disputes with suppliers regarding quality, delivery, or invoicing.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procurement procedures, and regulatory.
- Provide administrative support such as handling correspondence, assisting with data entry and generating reports.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management or equivalent
- Min 1 -2 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management, preferably in the F&B industry.
- Ability to build and maintain relationship with suppliers.
- Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
