The Assistant Manager is responsible for all aspect of quality requirement with respect to Customer Complaint /Request Handling and Vendor Control, including IQA & OQA. In addition, he/she provides leadership and direction to develop employees & evaluate their performance.
· Lead in both Customer and Vendor audit to achieve qualification
· Communicate customer claim of SA to drive quality improvement by each factory
· Review analysis of corrective action for quality improvement plan for customer Complaint/Request issue
· Review overall performance of IQA/OQA/Vendor and Customer QA section performance
· Resolve quality issues and initiate to work with other departments to achieve departmental goal
· Ensure company policies, standards and procedures are adhered in the Department
· Monitor and support South Asia (SA) group loss cost reduction activities to meet organization target
· Identify, coach & develop the skill and knowledge of staff to prepare for higher level position
· Execute any other duties as assigned from time to time
Candidate should possess:
· Manufacturing knowledge in connectors, especially harness connectors
· Knowledge with International Quality/Environmental/Health & Safety standard like ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 and IATF 16949
· Knowledge on quality control systems and measurement metrology
