Job Description:
- Represent sales function of the company within sphere of responsibility.
- Knows how to generate own leads.
- Business planning and strategy.
- Engage with prospective clients in person, utilizing your excellent sales skills and knowledge of interior design and carpentry to understand their needs.
- Help identify and drive sales performance.
- To visit client locations, showcase our portfolio of exceptional interior design projects and carpentry work, and provide personalized advice and recommendations.
- Prepare and present customized proposals and quotes, leveraging your expertise and the resources available to you to deliver exceptional value to our clients.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, project details, and sales activities to facilitate effective communication with internal teams.
- Continuously update your knowledge of industry trends, products, and techniques to stay informed and provide the best solutions to our clients.
Requirements:
- Have some experience in interior design in landed houses, consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with clients and build lasting relationships.
- Strong knowledge of interior design principles, materials, and spatial planning.
- Familiarity with carpentry techniques, materials, and industry standards.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Exceptional negotiation and closing skills, with a customer-centric approach.
