Responsibilities
- Lead low complexity projects
- Supports team in higher complexity projects
- Review project deadlines and budget with Program manager and other team members.
- Coordinating payments to subcontractors and vendors
- Maintaining and updating 3P Tool; in order to manage Project efficiently in line with OPM and meeting Audit Requirements
- Assist on project progress reports and make recommendations for ways to improve the project's progress
- Assist to analyze performance data to establish performance metrics
- Able to identify and develop risk mitigations
- To support Continuous Improvement initiatives to the function to improve the standards of Project Management and the role of the function in supporting the Department
Requirements
· Degree in Engineering or Business preferred, alternatively, Diploma in Engineering or Business with 3-5 year experience.
· Aviation/Aerospace experience preferred.
· MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, PowerBI)
· Accreditation with a Project Management Body (e.g. PMI and/or APM) will be an advantage.
· Familiarity with Component Repair processes will be a plus.
· Experience in implementing technology projects will be a bonus.
