Overview of Responsibilities

  • Create artefacts and frameworks to ground teams in customer centric thinking, such as journey mapping, blueprinting, personas, etc
  • Conduct or moderate usability sessions such as conducting activities such as user interviews, focus group discussions and user journey mapping to understand the business areas and user requirements
  • Perform usability testing to validate interface design and drive design improvements
  • Design frameworks such as journey mapping, blueprinting, personas, etc
  • Develop new client relationship and Grow existing ones. Be the researcher that clients request by name
  • Where the rubber meets the road - Ensure successful execution of projects under your purview, and deliver meaningful and actionable insights to our clients
  • Mentor and train junior researchers on market research, and client servicing



Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above; in a relevant discipline. We warmly welcome applicants from across different disciplines, with demonstrated work experience
  • At least 4 years hands on experience in primary market research
  • Proven competency in data analytics
  • Experience with usability testing tools such as Maze, Tobii etc. Experience with analysis and data processing tools such as Excel, Survey Gizmo, etc
  • Seasoned in qualitative research (conducting in-depth interviews, focus groups, card sorting, usability testing on mobile, tablet and web) with a sound understanding of how to apply quantitative research (data collection, processing & reporting)
