Responsibilities:
- To lead and manage end-to-end fuel depots operations
- Ensure timely performance of operations and completion of projects
- Establish, maintain and review operational work scope to meet customers’ expectations.
- Liaise with authority on operational and engineering work issues
- Responsible for manpower planning and staffing requirements within operations sites
- Drive initiatives to drive long-term operational excellence
- Investigate on emergencies and apply corrective actions
- Communicate and liaise closely with both internal and external stakeholders
- Assist in new base/projects to ensure smooth transition/ implementation
- Ad hoc duties/ projects as assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelor in Aviation Studies or Engineering or equivalent
- At least 5 - 8 years of aviation/ airport operations experience
- Prior experience working with public sector/ government project will be an added advantage
