Job Description
- Responsible for the operations of all logistics warehousing functions of the assigned business unit which includes delivery, stock control, process improvement and security
- Ensure work processes are following documented procedures and proper housekeeping
- Ensure proper labelling of goods
- Ensure inventory accuracy
- Ensure workplace safety
- Responsible for inventory management in different sites
- Monitor and optimise warehouse storage utilization across different sites
- Ensure cargo and equipment meet the SLA and certifications required by client
- Pick, pack and organise daily orders
- Collaborate with team members to evaluate lapse, rectify, and recommend changes
- Efficiently manage and control inventory to meet customer demands
- Review data and update daily, weekly, and monthly reports
- Implement warehouse best practices
Requirement
- Diploma in Logistics, supply chain, business administration, finance or equivalent
- At least 2 year working experience with warehouse, or transport distribution or first/last mile delivery operations
- Experience managing a small team
