You will play an active role in conceptualizing, planning and executing activities and programmes to achieve the fundraising and stewardship needs of the KKH Health Fund programmes as well as support fundraising activities for Academic Clinical Programmes.
You will be part of the fundraising team responsible for the identification, cultivation, solicitation and curation of major and annual gifts, as well as the organisation and coordination of various key fundraising events and efforts. This includes driving various annual and major gifts initiatives and ensuring proper governance by providing support in the reporting, as well as developing and managing various donation and donor management systems.
In addition, you will help drive the development communications portfolio, drive collaterals and messaging for the various funds and causes as well as be responsible for special projects, including the revamp of a website and video production.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- 2 to 5 years’ experience as a development officer with proven record of professional fundraising success, including significant major gift or annual giving campaigns preferably in an academic or healthcare setting
- A team player with exceptionally well-developed communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in HTML, basic web design, website development experience and familiarity with video editing software is an advantage
- Adept at managing multiple projects and complex situations
- Self-directed, organised and discerning
- Good events management skills
- Possesses a high level of integrity
- Able to write and present compelling proposals for the solicitation of funds
- Professionally represent the fund and hospital at all times
